PURPOSE:To automatize wiring and connection including the formation of a coil, by rotating and three-demension-moving a pallet fixed with the central section of a commutator, to engage the coil with a specified positioning pin, and by processing the end of the coil in this state. CONSTITUTION:A coil 11 is formed by winding up a spool l with a conductor 12 fed from a rotating flyer 13. A pallet 21 fixed with the central section of a commutator 26 is index-rotated and three-dimension-moved, and desired positioning pins 25 which are set on the same circumference as that of the pallet 21 and at equal intervals are engaged with the coil 11, and by its method, the coil 11 is set at a specified position on the pallet 21. After that, by rotating and vertically-moving a connection device 30 fitted loosely on the outer peripheral section of the commutator 26, a finally wound coil end drooping from the flyer 13 is grasped and is wound on the desired hook 27 of the commutatot 26.
