PURPOSE:To reduce the testing time while eliminating the need for waiting for a fixed time as specified, by shifting measuring conditions of a sample such as test pattern to the next test state, interlocking an output signal as given when a power source current as sample reaches a judgement current value. CONSTITUTION:A sample power source current measured is amplified with an amplification circuit 1 to be inputted into a decision circuit 3. A criterion value for the acceptance or reject of power source current specified by a test program is converted into a voltage value with a D/A converter DAC circuit 2 and inputted into the decision circuit 3 as reference voltage. for example, where the power source current below a decision reference voltage is set to be acceptance, a control section 4 becomes active by the output of the decision circuit 3 to shift the test pattern to the next state when (output voltage value of the amplification circuit 1)<(output voltage value of the DAC circuit 2).
