PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of a granular material obtained by curing an aminosulfonic acid-modified condensible triazine based low- molecular compound and a specific active energy ray curing resin and capable of giving excellent abrasion-resistant protective coatings to glass substrates, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 0.1-50wt% granular material prepared by curing an aminosulfonic acid-modified condensible triazine based low-molecular compound, e.g. aminosulfonic acid-modified methylolmelamine, etc., and/or precondensate thereof with (B) an active energy ray curing resin, provided that 5-100wt% thereof has trior polyfunctional reactive groups, e.g. triacrylate, sorbitol triglycidyl ether, etc., together with other components.
