摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce fuel consumption and the generation of noise, by a method wherein, when a construction vehicle is in a recess state, the number of revolutions of an engine is reduced to a value further nearer the allowable minimum rotation speed of a constant speed than the number of low idle revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a desired rotation speed instruction generator 2, generating a rotation speed instruction responding to a pedalling amount of an accelerator pedal 1, and a low rotation speed instruction generator 3, generating a low rotation speed instruction further nearer the allowable minimum rotation speed of a low speed than a low idle rotation speed. The instruction generators 2 and 3 are alternatively selected by means of a change- over switch 4 to connect it to a desired injection calculating means 6. The change-over switch 4 switches and controls according to a detecting result of a work-recessed state by a work-recessed state detecting circuit 20 inputting an output from each of sensors 31-34. According to an output from a desired injection amount calculating means 6, a linear solenoid 14 is driven to control the position of a controller rack 15 of an injection pump.
