PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging performance and miniaturize and lighten the whole device by a method wherein a plurality of notches extending in the left and right directions are formed in staggered arrangement in a fin and upward and downward projections where parts linked to the front side are projected downward and parts linked to the rear side are projected upward respectively are installed. CONSTITUTION:An oil passage 2 is composed of a pair of aluminum-made flat plates 6 in the upper and lower sides, aluminum extruded shape-made side bars 9 installed at both the left and right side ends between the two flat plates 6 and connected to the plates 6, and an aluminum-made fin 8 which is installed between the two flat plates 6 and both the left and right side ends which are fixed to the bars 9. In the fin 8, a plurality of notches 10 extending in the left and right directions are cut out in staggered arrangement in a plate-shaped material and downward projections 11 and upward projections 12 where parts linked to the front side of the notches 10 are projected downward and parts linked to the rear side are projected upward are installed. Oil flow is disturbed by the projections 11 and 12 to be sufficiently agitated and therefore, heat exchanging performance is improved.
