PURPOSE:To effect an accurate fluid control, by using a plurality sets of unit fluid devices capable of driving a pair of plungers, associating the plungers with a rotary cam mechanism and setting an amount of discharged quantity constant. CONSTITUTION:A main body having a fluid-relating mechanism 10, a rotary cam mechanism 60 and a rotary derive mechanism 100 is provided with unit pumps 85 serving as unit fluid devices with first and second plungers 41, 42. The rotary cam mechanism 60 sets an amount of the fluid discharge from the respective pump units 85 constant at all times. Therefore, a flow rate can be correctly controlled even if it is used as a motor or a pump.
