PURPOSE:To stably and easily cool a baffle plate or a trap by thermally connecting the endothermic sides of Peltier elements to a baffle plate or a trap, and thermally connecting an exothermic side to heat generating side. CONSTITUTION:The endothermic parts of Peltier elements 3a-3d are fixed to be set at the side of a cylindrical member 2 and made to be thermally connected to a baffle plate 1. Radiators 4a-4d are made to be thermally connected to the heat generating parts of Peltiler elements 3a-3d. The endothermic part is in the state of an endothermic condition by sending direct current to Peltier elements 3a-3d, heat is absorbed from the baffle plate 1 through the cylindrical member 2, and the baffle plate 1 is made to cool. Accordingly, a baffle plate or a trap can stably and easily be cooled.
