PURPOSE:To obtain the titled copolymer having excellent strength and oxygem- enriching performance and useful as an oxygen enriching membrane, etc., by reacting a polymer having terminal reactive functional group to a vinyl group of a copolymer derived from a specific alkenylsilyl-containing styrene compound and a comonomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective block graft copolymer composed of the recurring unit of formula III [A is group of formula IV (R<4> is methyl, phenyl, etc.; R<5> is R<4> or Si(R<4>)3; n is 1-1,000), formula V (R<6> is H or methyl; B is COOR<2>, etc.; Y is cumyl, n-butyl, etc.), etc.] can be produced by reacting a polymer having reactive function group at a terminal to a vinyl group which is a structural unit of a block copolymer composed of one or more polymer block chain having a recurring unit of formula I (R<1> is H, methyl or ethyl; R<2> and R<3> are 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; m is 0-4) and a polymer block chain having a recurring unit of formula II (R<7> is H, methyl or ethyl; M is CH=CH2, COOCH3, etc.).
