PURPOSE:To save a main storage device file memory and to reduce the output time by outputting detailed charging information directly onto a magnetic tape from a main storage device memory not through a main storage device file memory and storing it. CONSTITUTION:A talking control program applies exchange control from the off-hook of a transmitter-receiver by a subscriber l and the dialing of the opposite telephone number for talking till the transmitter-receiver hook-off to generate detailed charging information based on the exchange control. A detailed charging information control program is started by the generation of detailed charging information, detailed charging information is written in the buffer area of a main storage device memory 6 and when the information is written in all addresses, the area is switched to other buffer area. A magnetic tape device control program is started periodically and when the buffer area written with detailed charging information in all addresses exists, the content code is converted and outputted and stored in the magnetic tape device 5.
