PURPOSE:The titled health food, obtained by blending an aqueous extract of comfrey, beefsteak plant and peppermint with wheat protein or soybean protein and saponin and capable of preventing both the injury of tobacco and obesity. CONSTITUTION:A health food obtained by extracting 10-70% comfrey, 1-30% beefsteak plant and 1-25% peppermint with water of a mixed solvent of water and a hydrophilic organic solvent, e.g. ethanol, at room temperature - 100 deg.C for 0.5-5hr, concentrating and drying the resultant extract solution and blending the resultant aqueous solvent extract solution with one or more selected from 1-25% wheat protein or soybean protein, 1-30% saponin and, as necessary, 1-5% vitamin C, 1-5% vitamin B1, 1-5% vitamin B2, 1-5% vitamin B6, 1-10% peppermint, 1-10% vanilla and 1-25% vegetable oil encapsulated powder. |
