PURPOSE:To obtain a nourishing meal, readily and orally ingestible, having good digestibility and absorbability, high nutritive value and improved patalability and effective for improving hypoproteinemia and hypoalbuminemia. CONSTITUTION:A nourishing meal containing protein consisting essentially of albumin derived from animals, glucide and nucleic acid. The weight proportion thereof in the nourshing meal is preferably 10-90% protein, 1-90% glucide and 0.5-10% nucleic acid. At least one of one milk albumin and egg albumin may be used as the albumin derived from animals. At least one of animal and vegetable proteins other than such albumins may be contained as the protein in the meal. |
