The dry boiler is electrically, heat pump- or pressure driven, and after drainage is connected to a gas cooler so that the light parts of tar can be distilled away, whilst heavy parts drain downwards into a fluid cooler and then to a water container. - The material remaining in the boiler is free of contaminants for use as paper pulp, and is connected in a filter. The light parts of tar are collected via the still and used as motor fuel, whilst the heavier tar parts which have drained downwards into water are sepd. from their water-soluble parts and used as tar, etc. The parts dissolved in the water are freeze-dried and used for farm animal fodder instead of fish meal. |
