发明名称 METAL SURFACE PROCESSING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the less expensive finish process for a large-sized part by jetting a shower of an electrolyte from a plurality of jet nozzles as negative electrodes toward the processing surface of polishing object as a positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte 12 comprises a mixture of sulfuric acid, phos phoric acid and a chelate activator by a ratio of 3:6:1. The electrolyte 12 in a chemical tank 11 is jetted in a shower from a plurality of nozzles 14 provided on a supply pipe 15 as a negative electrode, after heated up to 50+ or -5 deg.C in a heater 16. An object 17 to be polished as a positive electrode is mounted on a fitting part 18 as an object surface for the shower jet. Therefore, the protrud ed part of a workpiece positively charged and covering the whole of the processing surface 19 of the polishing object 17 as negatively charged is electro lyzed and made smooth. Therefore, a large-sized chemical tank immersing a large workpiece can be obviated, thereby enabling the simple and less expen sive smoothing of a metal surface.
