发明名称 METHOD FOR KEEPING FRESHNESS OF VEGETABLE STORED IN VACUUM
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage of vegetables in taking out from a vacuum storage vessel, by introducing an inert gas into a vacuum storage to return the pressure in the vessel to atmospheric pressure, slowly raising the temperature of the vegetable in the vessel to normal temperature and taking out the vegetable from the vessel. CONSTITUTION:In the taking out of a vegetable stored in a vacuum storage vessel at low temperature and high humidity under low pressure, the pressure in the vessel is returned to normal pressure by introducing an inert gas such as nitrogen into the vacuum storage vessel. Thereafter, the temperature of the vegetable is slowly raised to normal temperature. The temperature shock on the vegetable can be mitigated, the adhesion of water-droplets can be prevented and the freshness of the vegetable can be maintained even after taking out of the vessel.</p>
