The present invention relates to a prefabricated facade panel with parieto-dynamic insulation. Panel characterised in that the layer 2 of insulating material consists of a rigid material and is provided with vertical grooves 4 on its faces facing the outer skin 1 and facing the inner load-bearing wall 3, these grooves 4 being made to communicate, on the one hand, at their lower and upper parts by means of a corresponding horizontal groove, and, on the other hand, from one face of the layer 2 of insulating material to the other, at the level of the upper horizontal grooves, by means of through-holes, the lower horizontal grooves opening out onto the external faces of the outer skin 1 and of the load-bearing wall 3 by means of orifices 8. <IMAGE> |
