PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce noise level by using a magnetic core consisting of Fe-Co radical amorphous alloy with specific components which has been heat-treated in a magnetic field in the direction of the width of a ribbon. CONSTITUTION:A wound magnetic core consisting of Fe-Co radical amorphous alloy is heat-treated in a magnetic field at the right angle with the ribbon axis. It is favorable that the Fe-Co amorphous alloy used has a Curie temperature with the range, Tc>=300 deg.C (Tc: Curie temperature); specifically speaking, the alloy is an amorphous alloy having a high-saturation magnetic flux density expressed in the atom ratio of (Fe1-x COx)100-y By, 0.02<=x<=0.70, 15<=y<=30. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a superior noise filter with noise level reduction effect, especially in high voltage pulses. |
