PURPOSE:To eliminate electric power loss and to heighten efficiency of DC power source by providing a relay contact between anode and cathode of an energy reverse emission prevention diode, and closing the relay contact at the time of normal operation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of normal operation in which a primary power source 1 is made, there is no voltage that biases a diode 18 sufficiently in normal direction, and current does not flow in a relay coil 17 and a relay contact 16 is on state. Accordingly, power supplied from the power source 1 is accumulated in an energy bank 9 not through an energy reverse emission prevention diode 2 but through a rush current prevention circuit passing through the contact 16. In the case where the power source 1 is in shortcircuited state and made off, input voltage of the bank 9 becomes higher potential than output voltage, and current flows in the coil 17. Thereby, the contact 16 becomes off in a moment and the diode 2 is released from short-circuited state, and prevents reverse emission of accumulated energy of the bank 9, and at the same time, becomes possible to supply specified electric power to a load 12 for a specified period. |
