<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a system from being occurred by providing an address generating circuit for initializing that generates addresses of a register to be initialized successively at the inside of an LSI for control. CONSTITUTION:When an initializing signal INI is supplied from outside when power source is applied, this is detected by an initializing signal detecting circuit 20, and an address for initializing generating circuit and a data for initializing generating circuit 22 are started. At this time, signals are sent from the circuit 20 to an address buffer 18 and a data input/output buffer 17, and internal address buses 16a and an internal data bus 16b are separated from system buses 2a, 2b. Consequently, registers in a register group 13 are designated in order by address signals generated in the circuit 21 and data generated in the circuit 22 are written one after another. Thus, by initializing the register group 13 with the circuit 21 and circuit 22 in an LSI for control when a power source is applied, the malfunction of the system can be prevented.</p> |
