PURPOSE:To make a structure compact, simple, and inexpensive by connecting a plurality of cooling pipes with a common manifold pipe, and connecting the manifold pipe to an outside heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Heat generated in a stacked fuel cell 15 is conducted to a cooling pipe 7 through a cooling plate 6, and evaporates a heating medium sealed in it. The vapor is introduced into a connecting pipeline 8 having a rising gradient by buoyancy, and introduced into a manifold pipe 10 through a header pipe 9. The vapor come out from many header pipes 9 arranged every cooling plate is gathered in one pipe 10, and rises through the pipe 10 by buoyancy and reaches the liquid surface, and continues to rise through the pipe 10 and reaches a tube 12 of an outer heat exchanger 11. Cooling water is filled in a drum 13 of the heat exchanger 11. The vapor in the tube 12 is condensed by heat exchanger with the cooling water. The condensed liquid in the tube 12 returns to the pipe 10 by gravity, and falls through the pipe 10 and reaches the liquid surface, then returns to the cooling pipe 7 through the pipe 10, the header pipe 9, and the connection pipeline 8. |
