PURPOSE:To increase low-rate high-temperature charge efficiency and high-rate low-temperature discharge efficiency by using an electrolyte having a molar ratio of potassium hydroxide to sodium hydroxie of 1:2.5-3.5 and a concentration of 27-33wt%. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte having a molar ratio of potassium hydroxide to sodium hydroxide of 1:2.5-3.5 and a concentration of 27-35wt% is used together with a cathode using nickel oxide as active material and an anode using cadmium as active material. Thereby, low-rate high-temperature charge efficiency and high-rate low-temperature discharge efficiency are increased. |
