The lever ring spanner is produced for 2 sizes, 160 and 120 mm diameter, and made semicircular on the front side with a groove on the lower side. The front part is bent somewhat downwards, offset to the right or left depending on the direction of rotation of the twisted wedge, and has, on the inside of the offset, a thread into which a threaded bolt with nut is screwed. When the lever ring spanner is to be used, it is held perpendicularly to the belt-pulley rim, the bolt being inserted into one of the 4 or 5 holes formed for this purpose, tilted rearwards over the belt-pulley rim and the twisted wedge is rotated downwards out of the cleaved material. An associated claw part serves for a number of belt-pulley sizes, one screw being fastened adjustably to the ring lever spanner and the other coming to rest on the belt-pulley rim. With a downwardly movable supporting table, a supporting lever is required which is cottered into a hole in a hardwood block screwed to the circular saw frame. In the upper third, a lateral supporting chain is welded on and fastened to the circular saw frame. During the removal operation, it is engaged below the table into a bevelled flat iron bar welded on or riveted on at the rear.
