PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent shelf stability and curability, by blending a specified compsn. with a silane or a siloxane, an alkoxysilane (partial hydrolyzate) and an organotin compd. CONSTITUTION:100pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) diorganopolysiloxane (i) in which both terminals are blocked with hydroxy or alkoxy groups is blended with 1-400pts. filler (ii), an equimolar or excess amount [based on that of hydroxy groups and water in the components (i) and (ii)] of an organosilane (partial hydrolyzate) (iii) of formula I and 0.01-10pts. silane or siloxane (iv) having at least one group of formula II (wherein R<4> is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group) to obtain a compsn. (a). A compsn. (A) consisting of the component (a) and an equimolar or excess amount [based on that of an six group of the component (a)] of an alcohol of formula III (wherein R<5> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group) is blended with a silane or siloxane (B) having at least one group of formula IV in an amount satisfying formula V, 0-50pts. alkoxysilane (partial hydrolyzate) (C) of formula VI and 0.01-10pts. organotin compd.
