A doll 1 which can either appear to be pregnant, with a child 5 therein, or appear not to be pregnant after removal of the child 5. The doll 1 has an abdomen portion which is formed by an ovoid cap 2 pivotally connected to the doll's body so that it can protrude or be rotated by about 180 DEG so that its hollow side faces outwards. The hollow side can be covered by a flat covering plate 8 (Figure 5) to give an appropriate shape to the doll's body. The child is of a soft vinilic material whereby it can be extended from a fetal attitude and its half open mouth applied to the doll's breast. <IMAGE> |
