PURPOSE:To provide the titled cosmetic containing powder and an oil phase having a specific viscosity, separable into an upper oil phase and a lower pow der phase out of use when placed on a table, forming a uniformly dispersed liquid by shaking and mixing the components in use and giving beautiful make-up effect. CONSTITUTION:A two-layered liquid make-up cosmetic containing an oil phase (e.g. liquid paraffin, minke oil, oleic acid, etc.) having a viscosity of <=500cps. at 25 deg.C and powder (e.g. talc, kaolin, silica, alumina, titanium oxide, etc.) Addi tion of a volatile oil component having a boiling point of <=260 deg.C under atmo spheric pressure to the oil phase gives a cosmetic having smooth spreadability on the skin, giving no load to the skin, giving refreshing feeling after application and having improved water-resistance, oil-resistance and sebum-resistance. The water-resistance, oil-resistance and sweat-resistance can be further improved by the combined use of a silicone oil and a silicone resin as the oil component and the redispersibility of the powder can be improved compared with a cosmet ic containing other oil component. |
