The field of application of the invention is that of cooling-lubricant feed devices for rotating cutting tools such as drilling and milling tools, in particular for machining difficult-to-cut materials or also for machining at high cutting speeds. The aim of the invention is to develop a cooling-lubricant feed device which is provided with a pump device, is firmly arranged on the work spindle, permits the use of various rotating cutting tools with and without cooling-lubricant feed, and can be subsequently attached to the work spindle of a machine tool. The object of the invention is to improve the known cooling-lubricant feed devices for rotating tools. This object is achieved according to the invention by a tubular-spindle pump being formed by the coolant ring (3) and a rotor (18) rotatably mounted in the coolant ring (3) and provided with an internal tooth system (16) and a single-start or multi-start external thread, the rotor (18), by gears (22, 23) mounted in the coolant ring (3), being operatively connected preferably with a transmission ratio of 2:1 to an external tooth system (21) of a gear rim (20) connected to the basic body (20). <IMAGE>
