摘要

The invention represents a development of the electrical capacitor according to the application for main Patent No. 537.874, and proposes simplified cover layers 68, containing insulating strips 15, 16, on both projections 8, 9; for its manufacture it is proposed to switch the device which forms intermittent metal-free strips to continuous operation during the formation of the windings for the cover layers, so that continuous metal-free strips are formed.
