PURPOSE:To secure safety in a room heating device by utilizing fermentation heat. CONSTITUTION:The fermentation heat in a fermentation tank 1 is transferred to a fluid 3 by means of a heat supplier 2. The fluid 3 is sent into a heat radiator 5 by a recycling pump 4, and the heat is radiated by a fan 6, heating the room space. The fluid 3 returns again to the heat supplier 2 by the recycling pump 4. In this way a safe and clean room heating device can be obtained.
