PURPOSE:To make an injection quantity adjustable in the state of a finished product as well as to make readjustment also performable, by changing the form of a connecting part between a car body of an electromagnetic fuel injection valve and the valve with a built-in needle valve. CONSTITUTION:A groove 24 is formed in a part equivalent to the outer side of a housing part for a stopper 22 of a case body 22 and a spring 23 and it is formed into a thin wall part. An opening area of an injection port 20 is predetermined by machining an inner diameter of this injection port 20 and an outer diameter of a needle pin 25 each with the preset size. And, a valve made up of combining a body 3 and a needle valve 11 together is assembled in the case body 2 and, after making it into the state of a finished product, the groove 24 is held between rollers and pressurized and this groove part is drawn out in the axial direction whereby a lift is increased, and an opening are of a valve seat part 19 is varied so that an injection quantity is adjustable, and readjustment also is made performable.
