PURPOSE:To obtain a combustion device, wide in the regulating range of the amount of combustion and stable in combustion, by providing a far infrared rays radiating coating on the inner wall surface of a burner head. CONSTITUTION:Far infrared rays radiating coating 4, which consists of polyborosiloxane resin, zirconia, alumina and solvent, is applied to the inner wall surface of a burner head 1. Fuel and air, injected from a fuel nozzle 11 and an air discharging port 12, are premixed in a heated evaporating tube 6 and are changed into premixed gas, thereafter, the premixed gas is injected from the flame port 2 of a burner head 1 through a gas passageway 9 and forms flames on the surface of a wire net 3. Far infrared rays radiating coating 4 is applied to the inner wall surface of the burner head 1, therefore, an emmisivity from the burner head 1 is increased whereby the temperature increase of the burner head 1 is restricted, the temperature of the flame port wire net 3 is reduced and the heat resistant property of a combustion part C is improved. According to this method, a combustion device, in which the deformation as well as the breakage of the combustion part C are eliminated, the regulating range of the amount of combustion is widened and the generation of poisonous discharging substances is very little, may be obtained.
