PURPOSE:To obtain a printing plate or copy of high quality by holding an original between a transparent plate and a bag and sticking the original to the transparent plate by the pressing force of fluid. CONSTITUTION:An original 2 for forming a print plate is set up on the upper surface of the bag 14 in which the fluid 16 is sealed and a glass plate is fixed on a prescribed position so as to be pressed against the upper surface of the original 2. Consequently, the pressure of the fluid 16 in the bag 14 is increased against the pressing force of the glass plate 11 and the original 2 is uniformly pressed against the glass plate 11 by the pressing force of the fluid 16. Thereby, the pressing force of the fluid 16 is uniformly pressed against the whole original 2 without the generation of partial deviation like pressing force between a spring and a sponge, and even if camber or winkle exists on the original 2, these defects are adjusted in accordance with the hardness of the original 2, a printing plate of high quality removing distortion from a pattern can be formed.
