PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance by adding a tetrafluoroethylene resin and a fluorine contained resin to one of an aromatic polyether ketone resin, a polyallylene sulfid resin, and a polyether imide resin, to form a seal member. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 4 is provided on a scroll member 1. The seal member 4 is formed with a composition in which a tetrafluoroethylene resin and an injection moldable fluorine contained resin are added to at least one resin out of an aromatic polyether ketone resin, a polyarylate sulfid resin, and a polyether imide resin. Thereby, creep resistance, wear resistance, and lubricity can be improved.
