PURPOSE:To stabilize an exposing time with simple constitution by applying driving force in the setting direction to an electromagnetic driving device at the 1st releasing stage and temporarily holding a shutter blade at a prescribed start position. CONSTITUTION:When a release switch SW is turned to an S terminal of an FF, the output Q of the FF is turned to 'H' and a transistor(TR) T12 is connected. Simultaneously, the output of an OR gate ORG1 is turned to 'H' by the leading edge of an output signal of an one-shot multi-OSM1, TRs T2, T3 are connected through an inverter and the driving force in the setting direction is applied to an opening blade driving source 2. An abutting pin fitted to the tip part of an arm fixed on a driving shaft of the driving source 2 is abutted against an opening blade position regulating member, the blade is rotated up to the start position and driving force in an exposure working direction is applied to the driving source 2 on the basis of the trailing edge of the output of the OSM1.
