A flexible tube (1) (Fig. 1) consists essentially of two material webs (3, 4) connected to one another at their edge and a separating film (7). The separating film (7) is bonded to one material web (3) by a full-area application of adhesive, preferably liquid polyethylene, to the inner side of said one material web (3), longitudinal edge regions (2) being formed by the somewhat narrower blank size of the separating film compared with the material webs (3, 4), which longitudinal edge regions are bonded to the longitudinal edges of the other material web (4). During production, the material webs (3, 4) and also the separating film (7) are fed from reels to a roll nip, extruded, liquid polyethylene being simultaneously supplied to the material web (3). In the roll nip, laminating together of the layers is then carried out. In the region of the separating film (7) a free tube interior cavity (8) is formed between said separating film (7) and the material web (4). The flexible tube (1) according to the invention can be produced in an advantageous manner from reel to reel by a continuous process. <IMAGE> |
