<p>The machine consists of a first roller for calibrating the dough thickness, with its axis parallel with that of a main roller and positioned at a certain distance from it; a longitudinal cutter roller with a shaft carrying a number of disc knives perpendicular to the supporting roller; a second transverse cutting roller with a number of knives inclined w.r.t. supporting roller; and a sepg. belt suitable for receiving the flow of cut dough triangles.</p> |
