PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet sagging preventive device, which can cool a resin sheet, by arranging a plurality of support shafts, through which a refrigerant can be flowed, for a plurality of rotatable support rings supporting the heated and softened resin sheet at every regular interval in the direction of feeding of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sagging preventive device is disposed on the transfer-direction side of a feed-roller for a resin sheet 11, the device has a plurality of support rings 14, and the rings 14 are mounted at every regular interval in the longitudinal direction of a support shaft 15 in the direction orthogonal to the direction of feeding of the sheet 11. A plurality of the support shafts 15 are arranged at every regular interval in the direction of feeding of the sheet 11, and a cooling pipe 18 is penetrated into the support shaft 15 and a heating medium 19 for cooling such as cooling water is flowed into the pipe. Accordingly, the sagging of the sheet 11 heated and softened by a heater can be prevented, and a meandering and wrinkles are not generated in the sheet 11 because each support ring 14 is independently turned freely. Superheating by the heater is obviated, and the adhesion of the sheet 11 can be prevented. |
