PURPOSE:To make any space for motion of collectors unnecessary in order not to need a wide space for installation by fixing collectors and forming insulating trolley wires provided onto a trolley main body to be capable of turning. CONSTITUTION:Trolley main bodies 12 are provided in order to travel along an annular rail 10 by driving devices 16, annular insulating trolley wires 18, 18' are formed on the trolley main bodies 12 for turning along the rail 10 and collectors 20, 20' are installed in fixed contact therewith. Consequently, any space for motion of the collectors 20, 20' becomes unnecessary, so that, in case of turning the insulating trolley wires 18, 18' along the rail, since the insulating trolley wires 18, 18' have been made to be annular, any particular space for turning is not required. Therefore, any wide space for setting the whole body of device can be made unnecessary.
