PURPOSE:To obtain highly ornamental hard watchcase parts having superior color tone, by adding and dispersing proper amounts of fine metallic oxides, carbides, nitrides, sulfides, borides, etc., into Ti or Ti alloy. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds among metallic oxides, carbides, nitrides, sulfides, silicides, and borides with a size of <=5mum are added to Ti or Ti alloy by 90-5wt% to be formed into watchcase parts. In this way, the above high- strength and highly ornamental parts which is hard and excellent in corrosion resistance and has various superior color tones according to the above additives can be obtained. |
