Herbicidally, fungicidally and insecticidally active pyrimidylmercapto-acylanilides of the formula <IMAGE> in which R1 represents methyl or ethyl, R2 represents halogen, methyl or ethyl, R3 represents hydrogen or methyl, R4 represents hydrogen, methyl or methoxy, n represents 0, 1 or 2, R5 represents hydrogen, halogen, cyano, optionally substituted alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted aralkyl or the -OR8 or -SOm-R8 radicals, where R8 represents optionally substituted alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or optionally substituted aryl and m represents 0, 1 or 2, and R6 and R7, independently of one another, represent halogen or optionally substituted alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or R5 and R6, together with the neighboring carbon atom, represent an optionally substituted, saturated or unsaturated ring, which has 3 to 8 ring members and which can also contain oxygen and sulphur atoms in addition to carbon atoms, or R6 and R7, together with the neighboring carbon atom, represent an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated ring which has 3 to 8 ring carbon atoms. |
