<p>An electronic control system for a penetrating electroerosion machine consists of the following components: (a) a first processor for recording/monitoring of an external keyboard and a display unit; (b) a second processor with systems for recognition of the positioning of the X,Y,Z axes of the machine, for displaying the positioning; and for calculating variations in the motion of theX,Y,Zaxes; (c) a third processor with a system for direct control of the motion of the X,Y,Z axes; and (d) a power circuit formed of component groups consisting of parallel-connected resistance transistors connected to the electrode block and with supply leads of different voltages to the work piece block, the transistor base plates remaining connected and forming groups controlled by (e) a fourth processor equipped with a control system for the transistor base plate groups; (f) a servo-circuit connected to the fourth processor and equipped with a Z axis motion control system; and (g) a function - matching intermediate stage circuit which connects the microprocessors in pairs.</p> |
