PURPOSE:To attain random number converting operation with simple circuit constitution by providing a comparison means discriminating whether or not an output of a random number generator is less than a prescribed number and controlling the bit output of the random number generator in excess of the prescribed number in response to its output. CONSTITUTION:The random number generator 3 generates random number of 0-256. Output terminals a0-a6 of the random number generator 3 are connected to initial value setting terminals b0-b6 of a counter 5 and to a random number discriminating means 40 discriminating whether or not a random member is 186-255. Further, the most significant bit a7 of the random number generator 3 is fed to a random number control means 41, which controls an input of the most significant bit b7 to the counter 5. The means 40 consists of gates G1-G5, the means 41 consists of an exclusive OR gate G6 and both the means convert the random number to a random number of 186 or below when the random number generated by the random number generator 3 exceeds 185. |
