PURPOSE:To obtain a molding faithful to a mold by a method wherein a member, capable of effecting repeated compression deformation due to a high pressure upon injection molding, is pinched between the movable disc and the back side fixing disc of a mold clamping part upon finishing the mold clamping operation of an injection molder. CONSTITUTION:A mold is designed so as to cause the expected amount of compression deformation due to a high pressure upon injection from the aspect of the amount of volumetric shrinkage of a plastic material to be molded and the volume of the mold, therefore, all of a pressure, applied on a movable disc 3, is absorbed by a spiral screw 2. When injection is finished and a fixed side mold and a movable side mold are opened by a distance DELTAL, a distance between a backside fixed disc 10 and the movable disc 3 becomes Lo-DELTAL whereby a motor 1 and the spiral screw 2 for mold clamping, constituting a movable disc driving mechanism, are deformed within the limit of respective elastic deformations thereof. Thereafter, compression elastic deformation restoring force is exerted in accordance with the finish of gate seal and the advance of cooling of the disc whereby a clearance between a movable mold 4 and a fixed mold 5 may be reduced. |
