PURPOSE:To make the troublesome cut-off work of fin by handwork unnecessary by a method wherein surfaces around the mounting hole of a reinforcing fitting are brought into close contact with the molding surfaces of a mold along the whole periphery of the hole to preclude material such as poured rubber or the like from arriving at the mounting hole and prevent surely the generation of fins around the mounting hole. CONSTITUTION:Substantially disc-shape projections 13, 14 which are brought into close contact with surfaces around the mounting hole 3a of a reinforcing fitting 2, are formed on both of a core mold 5 and a core 7 so as to pinch the reinforcing fitting 2. Accordingly, molding material will never arrive at the mounting hole 3a of the reinforcing fitting 2 when the molding material, such as rubber or the like, is poured into a cavity 8, therefore, there is no possibility to generate extra fins or the like. Further, even in case some molding material invades into a space between contacting surfaces of the reinforcing fitting 2 and the projections 13, 14 by a pressure upon pouring the material, only a thin film is formed along the surface of the reinforcing fitting 2, therefore, it causes no trouble if it is not removed. |
