PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the normal supply and accurate weighing of a powder by preventing the adhesion of the powder to an apparatus, by covering the surface of a plate with a sheet comprising a flexible material. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the plate 2 of an apparatus is covered with a sheet 7 comprising a flexible material or rubber sheet and a surface on which a powder 6 moves is formed into a dual structure consisting of the metal plate 2 and the sheet 7. Therefore, a primary vibration to the plate 2 by a vibrator 3 is not directly transmitted to the powder 6 and is transmitted to the sheet 7 at first to become a secondary vibration inherent to the sheet and said secondary vibration is transmitted to the powder 6. In this case, the secondary vibration does not increase in its vertical acceleration even if the plate 2 becomes long. As a result, the powder 6 moving on the sheet 7 covering the plate 2 receives no increased acceleration even at the leading end part of the sheet 7 to suppress the adhesion of the powder 6. By this method, the normal supply and accurate weighing of the powder become possible.
