PURPOSE:To easily change a branch point by externally fitting conductive connection part to a signal transmitting conductor so as to move longitudinally of the signal transmitting conductor. CONSTITUTION:In the signal transmitting conductor 12, the conductive connection part 21 externally fitted so as to move longitudinally thereof and a conductive branching signal line connection part 22 disposed in this connection part 21 and to which a branching signal line 23 led in a duct case 11 through a signal branching aperture 11a are provided. The conductive connection part 21 is externally fitted into the signal transmitting conductor 12 so as to move longitudinally of the signal transmitting conductor 12. Thereby, the moving the connection part 21 along the signal transmitting conductor 12, the branch point can be easily changed. Since the connection part 21 is only externally fitted into the signal transmission conductor 11, the branch point can be easily increased.
