PURPOSE:To save a labor in a tire loading work, by sorting formed tires per kind, piling up the tires automatically, taking out piled up tire blocks automatically, and loading the tire blocks laid down on a rack automatically. CONSTITUTION:Formed tires W conveyed by a conveying means 10 are sorted per size by a sorting device 20. The sorted tires W are distributed by a distributing device 30. The distributed tires W are piled up and down every specified number by a tire piling up and down device 100. Tire blocks Wa piled up are stocked every specified block by a stocking device 200. The stocked tire blocks Wa are conveyed to a tire laying down device 400 by a conveying device 300, and are laid down. Under the condition, each tire W is stored every desired number on a rack R by a tire loading device 500.
