<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a mistake in picking and shipping in the case of taking in and out article per packed shipping box to/from an article storing means, by carrying out the picking independently of the shipping to re-warehouse the shipping boxes and shipping the articles from the packed shipping boxes which are in the state ready for shipping. CONSTITUTION:Transfer devices 130 and 150 for take-in and take-out are attached to an article storing means 110 for storing packed boxes containing articles therein. A warehousing line 120 and a shipping line 165 are connected to the transfer devices 130 and 150 for take-in and take-out, respectively. The transfer device 130 for take-in is adapted to take in the articles per packed shipping box to the storing means 110. A re-warehousing line 140 is also connected to the take-in device 130, so as to re-warehouse the packed shipping boxes prepared by picking to the storing means 110. On the other hand, a picking line 160 is connected to the transfer device 150 for take-out so as to take out the packed boxes for picking. Thus, only the packed boxes necessary for the picking may be delivered independently of a shipping step.</p> |
