PURPOSE:To enhance the hydrophilci property of the surface of support and the close adhesiveness of said support to a photosensitive resin, by only once applying a specific composition to the surface of a base material. CONSTITUTION:A trihydroxysilane compound represented by general formula (I);CH2= CXCOO(CH2)nSi(OH)3 (wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and n is an integer of 1-6) (A), the polymerization catalyst for said trihydroxysilane compound (B), polyvinyl alcohol with a saponification degree of 30-60% (C), a crosslinked substance of alkali polyacrylate (D) and an inorg. powder insoluble in an org. solvent (E) are dissolved or dispersed in the org. solvent to prepare a composition. This composition may be prepared, for example, by a method wherein the trihydroxysilane compound being the component (A), the polymerization catalyst for said trihydroxysilane compound being the component (B) and polyvinyl alcohol with the saponification degree of 30-60% being the component (C) are dissolved in the org. solvent, and the crosslinked substance of alkali polyacrylate being the component (D) and the inog. powder insoluble in the org. solvent being the component (E) are added to the resulting solution, and a chelate agent, pigment, a due and thickness, etc., are further added thereto if necessary and the obtained composition is deformation strong stirring. |
