PURPOSE:To expand the operation guarantee temperature range by providing a diode to each base of a transistor (TR) constituting a differential pair so as to prevent an offset voltage at a high temperature in the comparator circuit comprising plural comparator units having an active load in common. CONSTITUTION:A diode D1 in a comparator unit COM 11 is connected between the 1st constant current source CS1 and a base of an input TR T3. Further, a diode D2 is connected between a common point of the emitter of a reference TR T2 and the base of the TR T4 and the collector of a TR T23, that is, the 3rd constant current source CS3. Similarly, when a comparator COM 12 is turned off, that is, the TR T24 is turned on, the potential at a point P is VCES24. On the other hand, the voltage by the base-emitter voltage of the TR T12 and the diode D12 is expressed as VD12+VBE12. Since the relation of VCES24<VD12+ VBE12 exists by the insertion of the diode, the TR T12 is not turned on even at high temperature and the fluctuation of a reference voltage VR is suppressed. |
