PURPOSE:To simultaneously display the total number of copies and the number of copies at every color by a simple operation by calculating the total number of copies and the number of copies at every color based on a command from a commanding means. CONSTITUTION:At the execution of color multiplex copying operation, a control part 51 counts up the total number of copies and the number of copies of each toner color based on the output signals from color detecting switches 52a, 52b. The total number of copies and the number of copies at every color are stored in a memory 140, and when a count command key 30e on a console panel 30 is depressed, the total number of copies and the number of copies at every color which are stored in the memory 140 are read out and simultaneously displayed on a display device 30o. Therefore, display switching in respective colors based upon plural key operations can be eliminated and the maneuverability of operation can be improved. |
