PURPOSE:To attain an increase in comparing judge speed and to enhance comparing judge accuracy, by judging whether the wave form of signal voltage is well by analogously comparing signal voltage with reference voltage changing successively. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a comparing circuit 2 is connected to the input terminals of a monomultivibrator 3, 4. The monomultivibrators 3, 4 constitute a pulse generating circuit 6 along with an OR circuit 5 and the output terminal of the circuit 5 is connected to the clock terminal CK of a counter 7. An analogue multiplexer 11 selects one of reference voltages +V1--V3 applied to input terminals I0-I7 corresponding to the values of the counter 7 applied to input terminals A-C to output the same from an output terminal O. Further, a judge circuit 22 outputs an H-level coincidence signal S22 from the terminal O when judges that the values of the counter 7 applied to input terminals A1-C1 coincide with the set values applied to input terminal A2-C2 during a unit time. As mentioned above, the reference voltage applied to the circuit 2 from the multiplexer 11 is successively changed correspondingly to the values of the counter 7 to be compared with signal voltage VS in analog manner.
